HOW DOES IT WORK
I offer a FREE Discovery Call where we can discuss whether coaching is for you or your child. If suitable, I then organise an initial meeting where we look at what we might talk about, how sessions look and talk through expectations.
Sessions last 60 minutes and take place in person. They can be paid for as a block of or per booking.
All sessions are confidential.

The goal for my coaching sessions is for young people to be able to find confidence, build on their resilience and feel empowered to make healthy choices for themselves.
Learning how to move through challenges and barriers with a positive mindset, be able to plan and self-motivate and having a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings without judgement is what I am to provide.

LIFE COACHING V THERAPY
Therapy tends to focus on the past where as Coaching focuses on the future.
Therapy and counselling are undertaken with a mental health professional using particular techniques and coping strategies.
Coaching and Mentoring is based on working through challenges with a can-do attitude and offers impartial advice and guidance as well as practical plans and approaches to help move forward more confidently.
